241. Federal Government Ordinance on the Session Money of the Members of the Independent Parties-Transparency-Senates

On the basis of § 11 (9) of the Federal Act on the Financing of Political Parties (Party Law 2012-PartG), BGBl. I No 56/2012, shall be arranged:

Meeting money and travel expenses

§ 1. (1) The members of the Independent Parties-Transparency-Senates, in case of representation of their substitute members, shall be entitled to a meeting fee of EUR 500 for each calendar day in which they participate in a meeting. This remuneration shall be subject to all time and work expenses.

(2) The members (substitute members) shall also be entitled to reimbursement of the appropriate travel expenses and cash expenses in accordance with the federal travel fees regulations.

§ 2. In retrospect, the remuneration and reimbursements are to be shown by the Federal Chancellery in a quarter of a quarter.
