245. Regulation of the Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FMA) amending the Disclosure Regulation

On the basis of Section 26 (7) of the Banking Act-BWG, BGBl. No. 532/1993, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 184/2013, shall be arranged:

The Regulation of the Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FMA) on the implementation of the Banking Act concerning the publication obligations of credit institutions (Disclosure Regulation-OffV), BGBl. II No 375/2006, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 462/2011, shall be amended as follows:

1. In main item 4, in the heading § 20, the word order shall be: "In-Force Trets" through the phrase "In-and out-of-power" replaced.

(2) The following paragraph 4 is added to § 20:

"(4) This Regulation shall expire on 31 December 2013."
