251. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Education, Arts and Culture, which will amend the secondary performance regulation

On the basis of Section 9 (3) of the Federal Law on the extent of the teaching obligation of the Federal Teacher-BLVG, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No 244/1965, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 120/2012, shall be assigned in agreement with the Federal Chancellor:

The secondary performance ordinance, BGBl. II No 481/2004, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 288/2011, shall be amended as follows:

1. § § 11, 12 and 13 shall be deleted.

2. In Section 14 (4), the annual number shall be "2013" by the year "2014" replaced.

(3) The following paragraph 6 is added to § 14:

" (6) § 14 (4) of this Regulation in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No. 251/2013 shall enter into force with the day following the presentation; § § 11, 12 and 13 of this Regulation shall expire on 30 September 2013. "
