236. Presentation of the Federal Chancellor concerning the termination of the exchange of banknotes between Austria and Sweden concerning the abolition of the visa requirement

On the basis of § 5 paragraph 1 Z 6 of the Federal Law on the Federal Law Gazette 2004 (BGBlG), BGBl. I n ° 100/2003 idgF, shall be made known:

The Austrian Federal Government and the Government of the Kingdom of Sweden have agreed that the following agreements will be concluded with the entry into force of the Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA Agreement), together with the supplements to the Agreement on 1 January 2008. Jänner 1994, pursuant to Article 59 (1) (1). a of the Vienna Convention on the Law of the Treaties shall be deemed to have ended:

Change of banknotes between Austria and Sweden concerning the lifting of the visa requirement, BGBl. No 37/1928;

Exchange of notes between the Austrian Federal Government and the Government of the Kingdom of Sweden on the abolition of the visa requirement between Austria and Sweden, BGBl. No. 193/1955, idF BGBl. No. 30/1959.
