The Federal Chancellor's Regulation on the adjustment of thresholds set in the Federal Law on the Law of the Federal Republic of Germany in 2006 (threshold value regulation 2012), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). II. No 95, as last amended by BGBl. II No 461/2012, shall be amended as follows:

In section 2 (1), the word order shall be "31 December 2013" through the phrase "31 December 2014" replaced.
