290. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology, with which the Act on Driving Licences-Implementing Regulation is amended (11). Novelle to the FSG-DV)

On the basis of § 13 (8) of the German Code of Licences, BGBl. I n ° 120/1997, as amended by the BGBl version. I No 43/2013, shall be arranged:

The Implementing Regulation, BGBl. II No 320/1997, as amended by the BGBl version. II No 472/2012 shall be amended as follows:

1. § 1 (2) last sentence reads:

"Driving licences may only be produced by a service provider designated by the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology."

2. In Section 2 (4), the phrase is deleted:

" 117.		Steering authority for the AM class entitles the driver to steer motorcycles
118.		Steering authority for the AM class entitles the driver to steer four-wheel light-weight vehicles ".

3. In § 9 (1) (1) (1) the word "Croatia," .

4. In § 9 paragraph 1 Z 2, before the word order "United States of America" the phrase "United Arab Emirates," inserted.

5. In § 11 para. 4 Z 4 the phrase "if they are active in an institution referred to in Article 12" replaced by the phrase "if they are active in a body responsible for the acceptance of the examination" .

6. § 13e para. 2 last sentence reads:

"If lectures or seminars are held in groups on appropriate cargo securing, these may not include more than fifteen participants."

7. § 13e (4) last sentence reads:

"If courses are held on appropriate measures for child protection in groups, they may not include more than twelve participants."

8. In § 16, the following paragraph 10 is added:

" (10) Annex 1 in the version BGBl. II No 290/2013 shall enter into force on 1 November 2013. Driving licences according to the model of the previous legal situation may be issued (dispatched) by 1 March 2014. "
