296. Regulation of the Federal Minister of health on the upgrading of plant for the food safety and Consumer Protection Act - LMSVG (LMSVG-systems updating regulation 2013)

On the basis of § 4 paragraph 2 of the food safety and Consumer Protection Act - LMSVG, Federal Law Gazette I no. 13/2006, as last amended by the Federal Act Federal Law Gazette I no. 171/2013, is prescribed:

§ 1. The plant for the food safety and Consumer Protection Act - LMSVG is as follows:
