303. Ordinance of the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management concerning the definition of the resolution post under the Water Construction Promotion Act 1985

Pursuant to Section 3a (1) of the Water Construction Promotion Act 1985 (WBFG 1985), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 148/1985, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 98/2013, shall be arranged:

Management of a settlement body

§ 1. Pursuant to Section 3a (1) of the WBFG 1985, Kommunalkredit Public Consulting GmbH is established as a settlement body.

entry into force

§ 2. This Regulation shall enter into force at the end of the day of the customer's agreement.
