312. Regulation of the Federal Minister for labour, Social Affairs and consumer protection for the temporary employment of foreigners in the winter tourism

Due to section 5, paragraph 2 No. 1 of the aliens Employment Act - aliens, BGBl. No. 218/1975, as last amended by Federal Law Gazette I no. 72/2013, is prescribed:

§ 1. For winter tourism industry, quotas for the temporary employment of foreign workers are set and the Federal States is divided as follows:

§ 2 (1) within the quotas employment permits may be granted from November 18, 2013, duration of validity may not exceed 24 weeks and do not end after 15 may 2014. Employment permits may be granted for operations in the glacier region and its catchment area, as well as for amusement companies from entry into force of this regulation.

(2) employment permits were issued before January 1, 2014, are credit quotas force until the end of their validity on that from 1 January 2014.

(3) nationals who are subject to the transitional provisions for the EU – free movement of workers (Article 32a aliens), and asylum seekers are preferable in the granting of employment permits.

§ 3. This Regulation shall enter with force on April 30, 2014.
