316. Regulation of the Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FMA) amending the liquidity regulation

Pursuant to Section 25 (14) of the Banking Act-BWG, BGBl. No. 532/1993, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 184/2013, shall be arranged:

The regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance for the implementation of the Banking Act (Liquidity Regulation), BGBl. No 771/1993, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 1, the reference "§ 25 (10) BWG" by reference " § 25 (8) BWG " and the Verwei s " § 25 Abs. 6 BW G " by the Verwe is " § 25 (4) B WG ".

2. The previous text of § 2 receives the sales designation "(1)" . The following paragraph 2 is added:

" (2) § 1 in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No. 316/2013 comes with 1. Jänner 2014 in force. "
