321. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Science and Research on the establishment of high-quality assurance agencies (Hochschul-Quality Assurance Agencies)
Due to § 19 (2) of the Hochschul-Quality Assurance Act (HS-QSG), BGBl. I n ° 74/2011, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 124/2013, shall be arranged:
§ 1. The following quality assurance agencies are entitled to carry out audits at universities and universities of applied sciences in accordance with § 22 para. 2 HS-QSG:

Agency for Quality Assurance and Accreditation Austria-AQ Austria (Renngasse 5, 4.OG, 1010 Wien, office@aq.ac.at, www.aq.ac.at). |
2. The following quality assurance agencies registered in the European Quality Assurance Register for Higher Education (EQAR):

Evaluation Agency Baden-Württemberg-evalag; |
