The agreement in accordance with Art. 15a B-VG on an amendment to the agreement in accordance with Art. 15a B-VG on the introduction of half-day free and compulsory early support in institutional childcare facilities, BGBl. I n ° 196/2013, will be effective on 1 November 2013 in accordance with Section II (3) of this Regulation with regard to the countries of Salzburg and Vienna.
