294. Presentation of the Federal Chancellor concerning the scope of the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organised Crime

According to the Communications of the Secretary-General of the United Nations, the following States have ratified their instruments of ratification or ratification. Accession instruments to the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime (BGBl. III No 84/2005, last proclamation of the BGBl area. III N ° 176/2012):

On the occasion of the deposit of their instruments of ratification or The following Member States have declared the following reservations, or Statements made:

St. Lucia:

In accordance with Article 16 (5), the Government of St Lucia does not consider this Convention to be a legal basis for cooperation in the field of extradition with other States.

Pursuant to Article 18 (13) of the Convention, the Government of St. Lucia shall designate the following central authority for legal assistance: ' The Attorney General's Chambers, 2 nd Floor, Francis Compton Building, Waterfront, Castries, Saint Lucia, West Indies ".

In accordance with Article 18 (14) of the Convention, the Government of St Lucia confirms that it accepts the English language for all communications under this Convention.

In accordance with Article 31 (6) of the Convention, the Government of St. Lucia shares the following central authority:

The Attorney General's Chambers, 2 nd Floor, Francis Compton Building, Waterfront, Castries, Saint Lucia, West Indies.

The Financial Intelligence Authority, P.O.Box GM959, Gable Woods, Post office, Sunny Acres, Castries, Saint Lucia, West Indies.

Thailand:

In accordance with Article 35 (3), the Government of Thailand declares that it does not consider itself bound by the obligation under Article 35 (2).

According to a further note by the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Indonesia 1 , in accordance with Article 18 (3) of the Convention, the central authority, as the competent authority and empowered to obtain and carry out requests for legal assistance, is designated as follows:
