413. Regulation of the Board of Management of E-Control on the price of certificates of origin to be assigned by the "Ökodownstream winding station" in 2016 (Designation Of Origin 2016-HKN-V 2016)

On the basis of § 10 (12) of the Ecoelectricity Act 2012 (ÖSG 2012), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). I No 75/2011, shall be arranged:

§ 1. For the calendar year 2016, the following price shall be awarded for the following price for the calendar year 2016, according to § 37 para. 1 Z 3 ÖSG 2012, BGBl. I No 75/2011, guarantees of origin to be attributed: EUR 0.50/MWh.

§ 2. (1) This Regulation shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2016 in force.

(2) The Regulation of the Board of Management of E-Control on the price of certificates of origin to be assigned by the "Ökodownstream winding station" 2015 (Traceability Price Regulation 2015, HKN-VO 2015), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). II No 347/2014, shall expire at the end of 31 December 2015.
