414. Regulation of the President of the Court of Auditors on the use of funds from fines and financial penalties
Pursuant to Section 127 (3) of the Civil Service Act 1979, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 333, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 65/2015, shall be arranged:
§ 1. Funds from fines and fines imposed in accordance with Section 92 (1) of the Civil Service Act 1979, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No 333, which has been imposed on civil servants from the Court of Auditors ' posts area, is the application of Section 23 (3) of the salary law in 1956, BGBl.
