448. Ordinance of the Federal Minister of Education and Women on the Equal Performance of Auxiliary Services of contract staff in the Pedagogical Service with the Department of Education (PD-Nebenleistungsverordnung)

Pursuant to § 40a (15) of the Contract Law Act 1948-VBG, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 86/1948, in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 65/2015, shall be assigned in agreement with the Federal Chancellor:

§ 1. (1) If a contract teacher is responsible for the permanent deputy of the head of the of the head of a middle or higher school responsible for an expositur of this school, the activity of expositors associated with the deputiation shall be:

1.

Less than five full-employment equivalent teachers, six hours per week of teaching,

2.

At least five or up to 9,999 full-employment equivalent teachers shall be allocated twelve hours per week of the teaching and

3.

At least ten of the persons assigned to full employment equivalent are assigned to the fulfilment of the teaching obligation of 24 hours per week (§ 40a para. 3 first sentence of the Contract Law Act 1948-VBG, BGBl. No. 86/1948)

in the same way.

(2) § 40a (17) penultimate and last sentence VBG is to be applied in a reasonable way.

§ 2. (1) If a contract teacher is entrusted with the provision of the following ancemies to the middle and higher schools for economic professions, to the middle and higher schools for tourism and to the specialized schools for social occupations, the -related activities to the following extent of the teaching of teaching:

1.

Management of the operating kitchens in which training courses are taught at a school level:

2,431 hours per week to three classes in which training courses are given in the course of teaching,

4,862 hours per week from four classes in which courses are taught in the course of the course, and in the course of which this instruction does not exceed six half-days per week,

7,293 hours per week from four classes in which courses are taught in the course of the course, and in the operating kitchen, this instruction exceeds six half-days per week.

2.

Internship support at specialist schools for social professions, in which the contract teacher takes care of pupils abroad in every week of practice:

0.275 hours per week per pupil or pupil.

(2) If several contract teachers are entrusted with the performance of the activities referred to in Z 1 and 2 at a school, the total number of hours per week specified in those paragraphs shall be divided into aliquots on these contractual teachers. The equal position provided for in paragraph 1 (1) (2) is due for closing classes up to the beginning of the main holidays.

§ 3. (1) If a contract lecturer is entrusted with the workshop management (Bauhofleitung) at technical schools as well as at the Werkschulheim Felbertal in Ebenau, this activity must be kept equal to the following extent of the teaching department:

1.

0.608 hours per week per workshop, provided that it is located within the school property (s),

2.

0,912 hours per week per workshop, provided that it is located outside the school property (s), for the duration of the use,

3.

0.608 hours per week per year (class), for which the instruction in the compulsory subject matter "workshop" or "workshop" or "workshop" or "workshop" "Plant and production technology" shall be carried out,

4.

(2) If a contract lecturer is entrusted with the management of the workshop at commercial schools, this activity shall be equal to the following extent of the teaching of teaching:

1.

for the plant for industrial production, 0,608 hours per week as well as an invoice in accordance with Section 1 (1) (3) and (6), where each course of training shall be subject to its own curriculum; and

2.

for the rest of the workshops up to and including two workshops, 0,481 hours per week, up to and including four workshops 0.963 week-hour and from five workshops 1,925 hours per week.

(3) Where a number of contract teachers are entrusted with the management of the workshop at a school, the total number of hours per week specified in paragraphs 1 and 2 shall be divided among these contract teachers on the basis of the burden.

(4) Any technical or commercial technical school affiliated to a higher technical or commercial teaching institution shall be considered as a specialist direction within the meaning of paragraph 1 (6).

§ 4. (1) Is a contract teacher with the pedagogical support of information technology jobs (IT jobs) for pedagogically professional fields of application at vocational middle and higher schools, in general education higher Schools, the educational institutions for kindergarten education and the educational institutions for social pedagogy, as well as the Federal Institute for the Education of the Blind and the Federal Institute for the Education of the Deaf, this activity is mentioned in paragraph 2 above. the extent of the teaching of teaching. The number of pupils is measured for each school year on the basis of the total number of pupils on the cut-off date of Austrian school statistics for the previous school year for the school type in question. § 5. Is a contract lecturer with the pedagogical and technical support of the teaching curriculum of the commercial academies, commercial schools, their special forms, as well as at educational institutions for tourism (not however the preparatory course for Tourism), at educational institutions for the economic professions, at educational institutions for fashion/textile and in the fields of business administration and accounting, which are required for artistic design and are used in accounting systems. § 6. 7.

depending on the specification of the speciality or department of CAD/CAM systems, CAE or CAX systems, systems for analogue and digital simulation and circuit designs in electronics, workstations for multimedia design of multimedia designers or -Producers, jobs for the electronically supported work preparation and at educational institutions for textile technology and fashion and educational institutions for artistic design as well as systems for electronically assisted cutting and cutting Textile design.

(2) The extent of compliance is

With up to 10 IT workstations with high-quality and comprehensive software application:

2,431 weekly hours

at 11 to 15 IT workstations with high-quality and comprehensive software application:

3,647 weekly hours

(3) In order to measure the number of IT workstations with a high-quality and comprehensive software application, § 4 (3), last sentence, shall apply in a reasonable way.

(4) In accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2, the IT workstations covered by these paragraphs shall not be taken into account again in the calculation of the inclusion in accordance with § 4.

§ 7. If a number of contract teachers are involved in the care of IT jobs at a school, the entries to these contract teachers in accordance with § § § 4 to 6 shall be divided up to the assigned tasks.

§ 8. If the same IT workplaces are shared by several schools, the overall level of compliance in accordance with § § 4 to 6 may only take place once, whereby in the case of § § 5 and 6 the pupils of the relevant schools are to be counted together.

§ 9. (1) If a contract teacher is responsible for the supervision of a school library at higher schools in general education, or (jointly for more than one school), a school library established in accordance with the model "School Library at higher schools with the participation of pupils" School centres, which are part of a higher education institution in general, shall be responsible for the following extent of the teaching of teaching:

1.

as 7,293 hours per week the supervision of a school library of the size class I (up to 600 pupils, about 5000 volumes, weekly opening time: nine hours),

2.

as 9,116 hours per week the supervision of a school library of the size class II (more than 600 students, about 7500 volumes, weekly opening time: eleven hours),

3.

as 10.94 hours per week the supervision of a school library of the size class III (more than 1000 pupils, around 10000 volumes, weekly opening time: 13.5 hours).

(2) Is a contract lecturer with the supervision of a school library at educational institutions set up according to the model "School Library at educational institutions for kindergarten education/educational institutions for social pedagogy with the participation of pupils" for kindergarten pedagogics or educational institutions for social education or (jointly for more than one school) at school centres to which an educational institution and a vocational training centre or higher school belong, this activity shall be carried out in accordance with (1), if the school or school is to be held in the schools together have more than 300 pupils and/or pupils .

(3) Is a contract teacher with the supervision of a school library set up according to the model "School Library at vocational middle and higher schools" at a vocational middle school or higher school or (jointly for more than a school) at school centres, which only belong to medium or higher vocational schools, is responsible for this activity in accordance with paragraph 1 of the teaching of education, if the school or The school centre has more than 300 pupils.

at 301 and more evening students by 2.431 hours per week (additional weekly opening hours: four hours).

(5) If a contract teacher is entrusted with the supervision of a library set up in accordance with the model "School Library in Practice-New Middle Schools", is entrusted to a practice-New Middle School (practice-NMS), which is incorporated into a teacher training college. to the following extent to the extent to which the teaching is carried out:

1.

in practice-NMS up to eleven classes as 4.62 hours per week,

2.

in practice-NMS from twelve classes as 5,775 hours per week.

(6) The school belongs to a school centre, for which a common school library (library) is set up, a separate parable for the supervision of a school library (library) at this school is inadmissible.

§ 10. With each of the hours of the week to be fulfilled in accordance with § § 2 to 9 of this Regulation, 3.273 hours for activities according to § 40a (3) (1) to (5) of the German Ordination Act (VBG) are to be considered as provided. § 11. To the extent that the supervision of tasks by other staff members as contract staff in the pedagogical service or teaching staff not subject to Section II of the VBG is carried out, the maintenance of such tasks shall be carried out with the instruction of the teaching staff. excluded.

§ 12. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 September 2015. § 3 in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No. 448/2015 will expire at the end of 31 August 2019.
