451. Ordinance of the Federal Minister of the Interior on access to education offered by the Security Academy (security academy education regulation-SIAK-BV)

On the basis of § 11 (2) and (4) of the Security Policy Act-SPG, BGBl. No 566/1991, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 43/2014 and the BGBl agreement. I No 97/2014, shall be arranged:

Education offers

§ 1. (1) The Security Academy is responsible for providing basic training and training of teaching and management staff for the staff of the Federal Ministry of the Interior.

(2) In the following areas, the provision of other training measures for staff members of the Federal Ministry of the Interior of the Security Academy is reserved:

Continuing training of full-time teachers;

Continuing training of managers in the field of management skills;

Training and further training on radiation protection, for hazardous substances and in state crisis management and civil protection management;

4.

Training and training for trainers and multipliers within the framework of general training;

Training of liaison officers abroad (police attachés);

6.

Training and further training in the area of competence development.

(3) In addition, the security academy shall be entitled, in accordance with existing resources, to draw up, offer and carry out any kind of educational provision for the staff of the Federal Ministry of the Interior.

(4) For the purpose of the development and implementation of education and training of staff members of the Federal Ministry of the Interior in the form of academic degree programmes, the Security Academy is responsible for cooperation with universities, universities and universities. Teaching staff at the Security Academy

§ 4. (1) Primary and secondary teachers as well as guest lecturers can be used for teaching activities.

(2) Main-time teachers are staff members of the Federal Ministry of the Interior at the Security Academy, whose job-related tasks are primarily the teaching activities at the Security Academy. § 5. The security academy ensures the pedagogical and professional training of the full-time teaching staff. Cost replacement

§ 6. (1) The staff of the Federal Ministry of the Interior shall be free of charge for the provision of official training and further training.

(2) The reimbursement of expenses in the case of offers of service training for persons who carry out tasks of the security administration (§ 2 of the SPG) and are not federal staff is per participant and teaching unit.

(4) The rate of reimbursement of educational offers for third parties shall be determined by the Security Academy on the basis of the common value (§ 305 ABGB).

(5) Travel, accommodation and catering costs are not included in the reimbursement of costs as referred to in paragraph 2.

(6) The rate of reimbursement referred to in paragraph 2 shall be increased to the extent that it is based on the change in the consumer price index 2010, or the index which is to be replaced by the statistics Austria, as compared with that of the last fixing. index number is given. The recalculation shall be made after publication of the index number for a calendar year. The amounts thus calculated shall be rounded up or down to full euro amounts, with amounts up to and including 50 cents rounded up and sums being rounded up over 50 cents.
