458. Ordinance of the Federal Minister for science, research and economy, with the subsidy for eco-electricity is 2016 determined for the calendar year (eco power funding contribution regulation 2016)

On the basis of § 48 para 2 of the eco-electricity Act 2012 (ÖSG 2012), Federal Law Gazette I no. 75/2011, as last amended by the by-laws Federal Law Gazette I no. 11/2012, is prescribed:

§ 1. The 2012 payable eco power subsidy will ÖSG by all end users connected to the public network, in accordance with article 48, paragraph 1 for the calendar year 2016 with 37,11% of the nationwide average, each power level of payable encompassing - and network loss pay pursuant to regulation the regulatory Commission of E-control, which determines the charges for the use of the system (system usage fees regulation 2012, 2012 SNE-VO), Federal Law Gazette II No. 481/2012, idF BGBl. II Nr 369/2014 , set.

2. (1) 2016 following amounts are for the net remuneration component network use charge (performance) for the calendar year: 1 on the power levels 1 and 2-1.484 euro / kW;

2. at the network level 3 10,068 euro / kW;

3. on the network level 4 15,037 euro / kW;

4. at the network level 5 13,394 euro / kW;

5. at the network level 6 14,314 euro / kW;

6. at the network level 7 (measured performance) 15,279 euro / kW;

7. at the network level 7 (interruptible) 0 euro/kW;

8. at the network level 7 (inappropriate performance) 8,062 euro / counting point.

(2) 2016 following amounts apply for the net remuneration component network use charge (labour) for the calendar year: 1 on the power levels 1 and 2-0.026 cents / kWh;

2. at the network level 3 0,221 cents / kWh;

3. on the network level 4 0,302 cent / kWh;

4. at the network level 5 0.351 cents / kWh;

5. at the network level 6 0,567 cents / kWh;

6. at the network level 7 (measured performance) 0.864 cents / kWh;

7 at the network level 7 (interruptible) 0,921 cent / kWh;

8. at the network level 7 (inappropriate performance) 1,577 cents / kWh.

(3) 2016 following amounts apply the net remuneration component network loss charge for the calendar year: 1 on the power levels 1 and 2 0.015 cents / kWh;

2. at the network level 3 0.028 cents / kWh;

3. on the network level 4 0.041 cents / kWh;

4. at the network level 5 0.051 cents / kWh;

5. at the network level 6 0.042 cents / kWh;

6. at the network level 7 0.104 cents / kWh.

§ 3. This Regulation shall enter into force 1 January 2016.
