The Blood Donor Ordinance-BSV, BGBl. II No 100/1999, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 17/2010, shall be amended as follows:
1. § 6 para. 2 Z 34 reads:

Persons who have been in a risk area with a local transmission of the West Nile virus: for a period of 28 days after leaving this area, unless a negative result of an individual nucleic acid test (Nucleic Acid Test) is not available. NAT), " |

2. In accordance with Section 13 (3), the following paragraph 4 is added:
" (4) § 6 para. 2 Z 34, the lead-in sentence to § 14 and § 14 Z 4 in the version of the Ordination BGBl. II No 461/2015 shall be 1. Jänner 2016 in force. "
3. In the introduction sentence of § 14, the word shall be "Community" by the word "Union" replaced.
4. In § 14, in Z 2 the word "and" in the end by a dash and in Z 3 the point at the end by the word "and" and the following Z 4 are added:
