2. The Federal Minister of Arts and Culture, the Constitution and the Media, concerning the scope of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms

The Secretary-General of the Council of Europe has informed the following:

On June 9, 2015, Ukraine has been under Article 15 (3) of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (BGBl). N ° 210/1958 idgF, last proclamation of the BGBl area. 68/2012) notified to the Secretary-General of the Council of Europe the temporary suspension of certain obligations laid down in the Convention in certain parts of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions 1 .

On November 4, 2015, Ukraine has declared additional 2 , in which parts of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions they have suspended the Convention rights.

In accordance with Article 15 (3) of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, France, on 24 November 2015, has provided the Secretary-General of the Council of Europe with the temporary suspension of certain provisions laid down in the Convention. Commitments notified 1 .
