Proclamation of the Federal Ministry of economy, family and youth about the saying of the Constitutional Court, that the provision of § 3 para 2, as well as the system of regulation of the Governor of Carinthia by May 18, 2010, with respect to establishing opening hours and exceptions of the Sundays and holiday rest (Carinthian hours regulation 2010), LGBl. Nr. 29/2010 idF LGBl. No. 67/2011, were illegal

In accordance with article 139 paragraph 4 and 5 B-VG and section 60 paragraph 2 VfGG in conjunction with § 4 par. 1 Z 4 BGBlG is published:

The Constitutional Court has V 38/2013-7, pronounced with knowledge of 17th September 2013, that the provision of § 3 para 2, as well as the system of regulation of the Governor of Carinthia by May 18, 2010, with respect to establishing opening hours and exceptions of the Sundays and holiday rest (Carinthian hours regulation 2010), LGBl. Nr. 29/2010 idF LGBl. No. 67/2011, were illegal.
