204. The Federal Chancellor's manifestation of the repeal of Section 140 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure by the Constitutional Court
According to Art. 140 (5) and (6) B-VG and in accordance with § 64 (2) and § 65 of the Constitutional Court Act 1953, BGBl. No. 85, is made known:
The Constitutional Court has come to the conclusion of the 1. October 2013, G 2/2013-17, delivered to the Federal Chancellors on 12 November 2013, rightly recognized:

Section 140 (3) of the Criminal Procedure Code 1975, BGBl. No. 631, idF BGBl. I n ° 19/2004, is repealed as unconstitutional. |

The repeal occurs at the end of the 31. October 2014, in force. |

Previous legal provisions do not enter into force again. " |
