361. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Education, the Arts and Culture, which changes the regulation on the curricula for vocational schools

On the basis of the School Organization Act, BGBl. No 242/1962, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 75/2013, in particular Articles 6 and 47 thereof, shall be prescribed:

The regulation of the Federal Minister of Education and the Arts on the curricula for vocational schools, BGBl. No 430/1976, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 272/2013, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 1 Z 2 -the line-

(4) The following paragraph 10 is added to § 3:

" (10) The State School Councils are authorized to issue curricula for vocational school-aged persons who are trained in a teaching profession with a shortened teaching period. This is to be taken into account in the curriculum prescribed for the teaching profession and to provide for the education and teaching tasks of the prescribed curriculum to be achieved. "

5. In Annex A/11/3, Section I (Hourly table), the hours table in the area of the free objects shall not be used. "Building Ecology" .

6. In Annex A/21/1, Section I (Hourly table), the hour table in the row shall be: "Occupational foreign language" the twist "40-20" through the turn "40-120" replaced.

7. The following paragraph 25 is added to § 4:

" (25) § 1 Z 2, 15 and 17, as well as annexes A/2/3, A/2/7, A/11/3, A/15/6, A/15/11, A/17/8 and A/21/1, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 361/2013 shall be adopted as regards the 1. Class at the end of the day of the event in the Federal Law Gazan, with regard to the 2nd class with 1 September 2014, with regard to the 3. Class with 1. September 2015 and with regard to the 4. Class with 1. September 2016 in force. The regulations of the State School Councils may be adopted at the end of the day of the event, but they may not be put into effect before the entry into force of the plant concerned. "

Annexes A/2/3, A/2/7, A/15/6 and A/15/11 forming part of this Regulation shall be replaced by the relevant installations.

Annex A/17/8, which forms part of this Regulation, shall be inserted in accordance with Annex A/17/7.
