306. Presentation of the Federal Chancellor concerning the scope of the Convention on the Liberation of Foreign Public Documents from the certification

According to the announcement by the Dutch Government, Bahrain on 10 April 2013 has its instrument of accession to the Convention on the Liberation of Foreign Public Certificates of Certification (BGBl. No. 27/1968, last proclamation of the BGBl area. III, No 172/2013), and issued the following statement:

" The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain [..] implements gem. Article 7 of the Convention, an e-register system. "

In accordance with Article 6 (2) of the Convention, the following competent authority has been appointed:

-Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Accession will be in accordance with. Article 12 (3) of the Convention effective as of 31 December 2013.
