374. Second Regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance on the services offered in 2013 according to the Transparency Database Act 2012 (Second Transparency Database-Services Ordinance 2013)

On the basis of § 39 (4) of the Federal Act on a Transparency Database (Transparency Database Act 2012-TDBG 2012), BGBl. I n ° 99/2012, shall be assigned in agreement with the Federal Chancellor:

§ 1. The presentation of the services offered in accordance with § 1 (1) (1) (1) of the Transparency Database Act 2012 has to be carried out under transparent portal.gv.at. The query is public and not bound to any special permission.

§ 2. The existing services and the information required in accordance with Section 39 (4) of the Transparency Database Act 2012 are available in the Annex list. In addition, the transparency portal allows for details of each service offer, which are used to provide uniform and clear information on the listed services.

§ 3. With the entry into force of this Regulation, the First Transparency Database Services Ordinance 2013, BGBl, will enter into force. II No 209/2013, except for force.
