383. Presentation of the Federal Minister for Transport, Innovation and Technology with regard to an official examination and award of the Republic of Peru

Pursuant to Section 6 (2) of the Trademark Protection Act 1970, BGBl. N ° 260, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 126/2009, is made known, in agreement with the Federal Minister for European and International Affairs, that Section 6 (1) of the Trademark Protection Act 1970 is applied to an official examination and guarantee of the Republic of Peru, which is to be seen in the Register of the Austrian Patent Office for everyone.
