384. Presentation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology with regard to the Czech Republic's state problems

Pursuant to Section 6 (2) of the Trademark Protection Act 1970, BGBl. N ° 260, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 126/2009, is made known in agreement with the Federal Minister for European and International Affairs that Section 6 (1) of the Trademark Protection Act 1970 applies to state problems of the Czech Republic, which are applied in the Trademark register of the Austrian Patent Office for all persons to be viewed.
