388. Presentation of the Federal Minister for Transport, Innovation and Technology on the abbreviation, name and emblem of the European Fisheries Control Agency (EFCA)

On the basis of § 4 (1) Z 1 lit. c of the trademark protection law 1970, BGBl. N ° 260, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 126/2009, is announced in agreement with the Federal Minister for European and International Affairs that the abbreviation, the name and the emblem of the European Fisheries Control Agency (EFCA), which are in the trade mark register of the European Fisheries Control Agency (EFCA), Austrian Patent Office for all persons to be viewed, excluded from registration under the trademark protection law
