390. Presentation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology on Emblems, Name and Abbreviations of the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID)

On the basis of § 4 (1) Z 1 lit. c of the trademark protection law 1970, BGBl. N ° 260, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. N ° 126/2009, in agreement with the Federal Minister for European and International Affairs, that the emblems, the name and the abbreviations used for the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), which are in the trademark register of the Austrian Patent Office for everyone to inspect, are excluded from the registration under the trademark protection law.
