392. Presentation of the Federal Minister for Transport, Innovation and Technology on emblems of the European Commission

On the basis of § 4 (1) Z 1 lit. c of the trademark protection law 1970, BGBl. N ° 260, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 126/2009, is made known in agreement with the Federal Minister for European and International Affairs, that the emblems of the European Commission, which are in the trademark register of the Austrian Patent Office for everyone to inspect shall be excluded from registration in accordance with the trademark protection law.
