403. Federal Government Regulation amending the Federal Commission's Fees Regulation 2007

On the basis of § 77 of the General Administrative Procedure Act 1991-AVG, BGBl. No 51/1991, as last amended by the Administrative Jurisdictions-Adaptation Law-Home Affairs, BGBl. I No 161/2013, shall be arranged:

The Regulation, which lays down flat-rate amounts for the Commission fees to be paid by the federal authorities outside the Office (Federal Commission Fees Regulation 2007-BKommGebV), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). II No 262/2007, shall be amended as follows:

1. In the promulgation clause, the expression " General Administrative Procedure Act 1991, BGBl. No. 51, " by the expression " General Administrative Procedure Act 1991-AVG, BGBl. No 51/1991, ' replaced.

2. In § 1 the expression " The General Administrative Procedure Act 1991 (AVG), BGBl. No. 51, "by the acronym" AVG " replaced.

3. § 4 (2) last sentence shall be deleted.

4. In § 4 (3) the expression " Federal Administrative Tax Regulation 1983 (BVwAbgV), BGBl. No. 24, " by the expression " " Federal Administrative Tax Regulation 1983-BVwAbgV, BGBl. N ° 24/1983, " replaced.

5. The heading to § 6 reads:

"Entry into force"

6. § 6 (2) reads:

" (2) In the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 403/2013 shall enter into force in except for power:

1.		the promulgation clause, § 1, § 4 (2), last sentence and para. 3, the title to § 6 and the Appendix in the version of the Z 7 with 1. Jänner 2014;
2.		the installation in the version of the Z 8 with the expiry of the 31 July 2014. "

7. In the tariff in the facility will be the penultimate, with the word "Security Directorate" beginning line and the last one, with the word "Federal Police Directorate" Start line is replaced by the following line:
