405. Regulation of the Federal Government, with which the Regulation of the Federal Government, with which States are established as safe countries of origin (Member States of origin-Regulation-HStV) is amended

Due to § 39 (5) Z 2 of the Asylum Act 2005 (Asylum G 2005), BGBl. I n ° 100/2005, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 29/2009, shall be:

The regulation of the Federal Government, with which states are established as safe countries of origin (States of origin-Regulation-HStV), BGBl. II No 177/2009, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 428/2010, shall be amended as follows:

1. In the promulgation clause, the turn will be " § 39 (5) Z 2 of the Asylum Act 2005 (Asylum G 2005), BGBl. I No 100/2005 " through the turn " § 19 (5) (2) of the BFA-procedural law (BFA-VG), BGBl. I No 87/2012 " and the turn " BGBl. I No 29/2009 " through the turn " BGBl. I No 144/2013 " replaced.

2. § 2 is added in accordance with section 2 of the following paragraph 3:

" (3) The Promulgation Clause in the version of the Federal Government's Regulation, BGBl. II No 405/2013, shall enter into force on 31 December 2013. "
