407. Regulation of the Federal Chancellor on the fixing of the flat-rate remuneration of the Federal Government for the performance of lawyers in the context of procedural assistance before the independent administration senates (flat-rate remuneration regulation UVS-Procedures-UVS-PauschVgtV)

On the basis of § 56a (2) of the Bar Code, RAO, RGBl. No. 96/1868, as amended by the Vocational Law amending Act 2008-BRÄG 2008, BGBl. I n ° 111/2007, shall be arranged:

Flat-rate compensation

§ 1. The The amount of the flat-rate compensation for the services of the lawyers appointed in accordance with § 45a RAO in the framework of the procedural assistance before the independent administration senates in the countries is to be paid for the calendar year 2012 with EUR 14 000 and for the calendar year 2013 with EUR 15 000.

In-and out-of-power

§ 2. (1) With the entry into force of this Regulation, the Federal Chancellor's Regulation on the fixing of the flat-rate remuneration of the Federal Government for the performance of lawyers in the context of procedural assistance before the independent administration senates (Package Remuneration Regulation (UVS)), BGBl. II No 138/2010, except for force.

(2) This Regulation shall expire on the end of 31 March 2015.
