413. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth, which changes the apprenticeship list, the food technology training regulations as well as the transport concrete technology training regulations (training test transfer ordinance 2013)

On the basis of § § 7, 8 and 24 of the Vocational Training Act, BGBl. No. 142/1969, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 129/2013, shall be arranged:

Article 1

Change of the Apprenticeship List

The Regulation Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth, with which the teaching profession list is issued, BGBl. No 268/1975, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 140/2013 shall be amended as follows:

1. In the case of the provisions relating to the teaching profession of food technology, the teaching period of the teaching profession in the field of chemical laboratory technology is to be taken into account in the full extent of the 1. Teaching year.

2. In the case of the provisions relating to the teaching profession Chemielabortechnik, the teaching period of the teaching profession in the food technology is to be taken into account at the full extent of the teaching period of the teaching profession. Teaching year.

Article 2

Amendment of the Food Technology Training Order

The Food Technology Training Order, BGBl. II No 103/2008, shall be amended as follows:

1. In Section 1 (1), the word sequence shall be deleted. "as a training attempt" .

2. Section 1 (2) is deleted. The previous paragraph 3 is given the name "(2)" .

3. § 12 deleted. The previous § 13 is given the name "§ 12." .

Article 3

Change of the training regulations for the transport concrete technology

The Transport Concrete Technology Training Order, BGBl. II No 195/2009, shall be amended as follows:

1. In Section 1 (1), the word sequence shall be deleted. "as a training attempt" .

2. Section 1 (2) is deleted. The previous paragraph 3 is given the name "(2)" .

3. § 14 deleted. The previous § 15 is given the name "§ 14."
