440. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Women and Civil Service on the minimum rates for the assessment of the supplementary allowance for the year 2014 (Supplementary allowance ordinance 2014-ErgZV 2014)
Due to § 26 (5) of the Pension Act 1965, BGBl. N ° 340, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 86/2013, shall be arranged:
§ 1. The minimum rates within the meaning of Section 26 (5) of the Pension Act 1965 shall be as of 1. Jänner 2014

for civil servants and civil servants, or for civil servants or civil servants whose marriage is divorced, annulled or annulled, if they are required to pay for the maintenance of their former € 428,30 and for each child for which the civil servant or the official is entitled to a benefit under Section 25 of the Pension Act 1965, by € 132,34; |

for the surviving spouse, € 857.73 and increase by € 132,34 for each child for which the surviving spouse is entitled to benefit under Section 25 of the Pensions Act 1965; |

for a half-orphan until the completion of the 24th Life year 315,48 € and after this date 560,61 €; |

for a full orphan until the completion of the 24th Life year 473,70 € and after this date 857,73 €; |

for a former spouse 857.73 €. |

§ 2. This Regulation shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2014 in force.
