443. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth, with which the decision-making offices regulation 1999 will be amended

On the basis of § § 2 and 13 of the Law on the Law of the Law, BGBl. No. 141/1951, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 50/2012, shall be arranged:

The Decree-Law of 1999, BGBl. II No 385, shall be amended as follows:

1. The title of the Regulation is:

"Ordinance of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, the Family and Youth on the Establishment of Fire Offices and Auxiliary Offices of the Fittings Offices in 2013 (the 2013 Ordinance on the Law of the Federal Republic of Germany)"

2. In § 1, the quote " BGBl. N ° 233/1984 " replaced by the citation " BGBl. I N ° 50/2012 " .

3. In § 4 Z 2, the quote " Decision 1999, BGBl. II No 386 " replaced by the citation " Beschussverordnung 2013, BGBl. II No 445/2013 ".
