448. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance, amending the Customs Law Implementing Regulation
Due to the Customs Law Implementing Act, BGBl. Nr.659/1994 (Customs R-DG), as last amended by the Federal Law of the Federal Republic of Germany (BGBl). I n ° 14/2013, shall be arranged:
The Regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance for the Implementation of the Customs Law (ZollR-DV 2004), BGBl. II No 184/2004, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 314/2010, shall be amended in agreement with the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, the Environment and Water Management as follows:
1. § 2 shall be repealed.
2. The following paragraph 7 is added to § 30:
" The repeal of § 2 by the Regulation BGBl. II No. 448/2013 comes with 1. Jänner 2014 in force. "
