451. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance, with which the regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance concerning the transfer of data to foreign representative authorities and their position in the diplomatic and professional consular rank members are to be changed
Pursuant to sections 7 and 13 (3) of the International Tax Remuneration Act (IStVG), the Federal Minister for European and International Affairs shall be responsible for ordering the following:
The Regulation on the transfer of data to foreign representative authorities, BGBl. II No 613/2003, shall be amended as follows:
1. The previous § 3 shall be named "§ 4" .
2. According to § 2, the following § 3 is inserted:
" § 3. For motor vehicles, to which § 5 (2) and (3) of the IStVG are applied, the following data shall be transmitted:
