464. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection, with which the Labour Market Regulation is amended
On the basis of Section 24 (1) of the Labour Market Service Act, BGBl. No. 313/1994, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 138/2013, shall be arranged:
The Labour Market Control Regulation-AMSprV, BGBl. No 928/1994, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 188/2013, shall be amended as follows:
1. 1 para. 1 reads:
" § 1. The rule of competence of the labour market service bodies responsible for the errands of public authorities (Section 24 (2) and (3) of the AMSG),

11. In § 4 (2), in the Z 5a after the expression "Hauffgasse" an indent and the expression "the" by the expression "the" and at the end of Z 6 a line point is added.
12. In § 4 (3) the expression "insofar as paragraph 4 does not specify otherwise" by the expression "insofar as subsection (4) and (5) do not specify otherwise" replaced.
13. In accordance with Section 4 (4), the following paragraph 5 is added:
" (5) For matters and procedures according to the Foreigners Employment Act, BGBl. No. 218/1975, as amended, is the labour market service Vienna Esteplatz (paragraph 1). 2 Z 1) is responsible for both persons and businesses locally for the whole of Vienna. "
14. In accordance with § 15, the following § 16 is added:
" § 16. (1) § 1, § 3 Z 3 lit. a, f and t as well as Z 6 lit. k and § 4 (2) (5a) and (6) in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 464/2013 shall be 1. Jänner 2014 in force.
(2) § 4 (3) and (5) in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 464/2013 will enter into force on 1 April 2014.
(3) § 3 Z 3 lit. r as well as Z 6 lit. c, e, q and s in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No. 464/2013 will enter into force on 1 July 2014. "
