Regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth, with which the regulation concerning the rules for the service of petrol station operators on the date of the pricing of fuel at petrol stations and the regulation Price transparency regulation on fuel prices change in 2011

Article 1

Amendment of the Regulation concerning the rules on the rules applicable to petrol station operators on the date of the award of fuel prices for fuel stations

On the basis of § § 3 (1), (5) and (14) of the German Pricing Law, BGBl. N ° 146/1992, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 100/2011, and section 69 (2) of the 1994 Commercial Code, BGBl. No. 194/1994, as last amended by the Federal Laws of Law BGBl. I No 125/2013 and BGBl. I No 202/2013, shall be arranged:

The regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth concerning the standard rules for petrol station operators on the timing of the pricing of fuel at petrol stations, BGBl. II No 484/2010, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 75/2013, shall be amended as follows:

In § 2, the expression "with 31 December 2013" by the expression "with expiration of 31 December 2016" replaced.

Article 2

Amendment of the price transparency regulation Fuel prices 2011

On the basis of § 1a of the Price Transparency Act, BGBl. No. 761/1992, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 107/2011, shall be arranged:

The price transparency regulation on fuel prices in 2011, BGBl. II No 246/2011, as last amended by the BGBl agreement. II No 37/2013, shall be amended as follows:

In § 4, last sentence, the expression "with 31 December 2013" by the expression "with expiration of 31 December 2016" replaced.
