496. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection on the statistics on the labour market situation of immigrants and their direct descendants in 2014

On the basis of § § 4 to 10 and 30 of the Federal Statistics Act 2000, BGBl. I n ° 163/1999, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. Compilation of statistics on the labour market situation of immigrants and their direct offspring

§ 1. In 2014, the Bundesanstalt Statistik Österreich (Bundesanstalt) conducted statistical surveys in accordance with this Regulation and, on the basis of the data collected, statistics on the labour market situation of immigrants and their direct To prepare and publish for the calendar year 2014.

Survey characteristics, statistical units

§ 2. (1) It is the following characteristics of the 15-to 64-year-old family of private households, which according to § 6 and § 7 (2) to (5) of the Acquisition and Housing Statistics Ordinance 2010, BGBl. II No 111, as sample households have been selected:

Foreign educational attainment,

Obstacles to higher formal training,

Country of the last working place abroad,

4.

Reasons for immigration,

5.

German language skills and participation in German courses,

6.

The method used in the search for current employment,

Obstacles to participation in the labour market or are contrary to a professional activity corresponding to the qualification, and

Educational attainment of parents not living in the household.

(2) In the case of the feature referred to in paragraph 1 (4), it shall not be possible to determine whether the immigration takes place on grounds of racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership or sexual orientation. is.

Type of survey, periodicity, continuity

§ 3. The collection of data in accordance with § 2 is to be carried out in 2014 in each calendar quarter in the form of supplementary questions together with the statistical survey in accordance with the Acquisition and Housing Statistics Regulation 2010.

Obligation to provide information

§ 4. (1) All persons aged under 65 years of age of private households are obliged to provide information on the survey characteristics in accordance with § 2. In the case of minor persons, the exchange of information is the responsibility of the legal representative of the household. The information is to be given in full and to the best of our knowledge.

(2) However, the party responsible for providing information may entrust another full-year household or family member with the exchange of information. If the party responsible for providing information cannot be interrogated due to a physical or mental charge, the exchange of information shall be the responsibility of another full-year household member.

(3) The Federal Institute shall inform the parties responsible for the legal consequences pursuant to Section 66 of the Federal Statistics Act 2000 if the information is refused or if the information is knowingly incomplete or not to the best of the knowledge.

Publication

§ 5. The Federal Institute has the main results of the statistics on the labour market situation of immigrants and their direct descendants until 31 December 2015 in a printable form and free of charge on the Internet, with due regard to § 19 para. 2 Federal Statistics Act 2000.

Cost replacement

§ 6. The Federal Minister for Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection has the Federal Institute for the additional expenditure associated with the collection of the characteristics in accordance with § 2 with a flat-rate cost of EUR 31 250 at the latest after the publication of the main results shall be applied.

§ 7. To the extent that personal terms are used in this Regulation, they do not have a gender-specific meaning. They are to be used in the application to specific persons in the gender-specific form.
