499. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Home Affairs, with the border crossing points in the air transport sector at the external border

On the basis of § 3 (1) of the German Border Control Act, BGBl. I No 435/1996, as last amended by the Federal Law of the Federal Republic of Germany (BGBl). I n ° 68/2013, will be arranged in agreement with the Federal Minister for Transport, Innovation and Technology:

Border crossing points in air transport at the external border

§ 1. (1) The following airports shall be defined as border crossing points in the air transport sector at the external border: the airport grounds

1.

Graz-Thalerhof becomes the border crossing point "Flughafen Graz",

2.

Innsbruck-Kranebitten becomes the border crossing point "Flughafen Innsbruck",

3.

Klagenfurt-Annabichl will become the border crossing point "Flughafen Klagenfurt",

4.

Linz-Hörsching becomes the border crossing point "Flughafen Linz",

5.

Salzburg will become the border crossing point "Salzburg Airport", and

6.

Vienna-Schwechat becomes the border crossing point "Flughafen Wien-Schwechat"

.

(2) The border crossing points referred to in paragraph 1 shall comprise the totality of the land forming the premises of the airport concerned.

Traffic time and scope of use

§ 2. (1) The border crossing points according to § 1 are open all year round.

(2) The use of the border crossing point shall be permitted, without prejudice to the legal requirements of entry and exit, such as in particular the possession of the required travel documents and any administrative restrictions.

§ 3. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January Jänner 2014 in force.
