499th regulation of the Federal Minister of the Interior, specify border crossing points in the air transport sector at the external border

On the basis of § 3 para 1 of the border control Act, Federal Law Gazette I no. 435/1996, I will be amended by the Federal Act Federal Law Gazette No. 68/2013, in agreement with the Federal Minister of transport, innovation and technology:

Border crossing points in the air transport sector at the external border

1. (1) the following airports are set as a border crossing point in air transport at the external frontier: the grounds of the airport 1 is Graz-Thalerhof "Graz airport" to the border crossing, 2. Innsbruck-Kranebitten is to the border crossing of "Airport", 3 Klagenfurt-Annabichl is to the border crossing point "Airport Klagenfurt", 4 is Linz-Hörsching "Linz Airport" to the border crossing, 5. Salzburg "Salzburg Airport" to the border crossing, and 6 explains Wien-Schwechat airport to the border crossing point "Flughafen Wien-Schwechat".

(2) the border crossing points referred to in paragraph 1 include the totality of the land forming the grounds of the respective airport respectively.

Transport times and use scope

2. (1) the border crossing points referred to in paragraph 1 are open all year round.

(2) the use of the border crossing is allowed anyone without prejudice to the statutory conditions of arrival and departure, as in particular of possession of the necessary travel documents, as well as any regulatory restrictions.

Entry into force

§ 3. This regulation enter into force on January 1, 2014.
