208. Federal law amending the Financial Equalization Act 2008 and the Disaster Fund Act 1996

The National Council has decided:

Article 1

Amendment of the Financial Compensation Act 2008

The Financial Equalization Act 2008, BGBl. I n ° 103/2007, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 165/2013, shall be amended as follows:

In Section 9 (2), the following Z 2b is inserted after Z 2a:

" 2b.

from the federal government's earnings shares to corporation tax in 2014, another 50 million euros for the purpose of the Disaster Fund for the financing of measures pursuant to § 3 Z 4 lit. m of the Civil Fund Act 1996 (Drought aid); "

Article 2

Amendment of the Civil Fund Act 1996

The Civil Fund Act 1996, BGBl. 201/1996, as last amended by the Federal Law of the Federal Republic of Germany (BGBl). I No 165/2013, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 3 Z 4, according to the lit. l the following lit. m is added:

" m.

to meet extraordinary needs arising from the federal government through financial assistance

for the purchase of Raufutter, RaufutterersatzProducts and, if applicable, other vegetable substitute feedingstuffs,

Further

-

on the suspension of exceptional damage to arable crops and permanent crops due to adverse weather conditions in 2013, in particular drought,

in the amount of up to EUR 50 million as a half of the total compensation. Provision should be made for an equal amount of the countries concerned. The Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management, in agreement with the Federal Minister of Finance, has to determine the amount of the remuneration and the settlement. "

2. In § 8, the word order shall be "lit. e, f, h, i, j and k" by "lit. e, f, h, i, j, k and m" replaced.
