514. Regulation of the Federal Minister for constitutional and civil service standard and pattern regulation in 2004 modifies the (StMV Novella 2014)

On the basis of § 17 para 2 No. 6 of the data protection Act 2000 (DSG 2000), Federal Law Gazette I no. 165/1999, as last amended by Federal Law Gazette I no. 83/2013, is prescribed:

The standard and pattern regulation 2004 - StMV 2004, Federal Law Gazette II No. 312/2004, as last amended by regulation Federal Law Gazette II No. 213/2013, is amended as follows:

1 in annex 1 is in the table of contents for the entry "SA035 transparency media cooperations as well as advertising jobs and promotions to media holders of a periodic medium" the entry "SA036 note encoder systems in accordance with § 99 g Banking Act" inserted.

2. in Appendix 1 is the default application "SA035 transparency media cooperations as well as advertising jobs and promotions to media holders of a periodic medium" following standard application along with heading added:

"SA036 note encoder systems in accordance with § 99 g Banking Act"

Purpose of the data application:

Guidance note encoder systems of credit institutions, the CRR investment firms pursuant to section 6 para 2 of the securities supervision Act 2007 (WAG 2007), BGBl. I no 60/2007, and in accordance with § 99 g of the Austrian Banking Act (BWG), Federal Law Gazette No. 532/1993, decorated to create a reasonable process that allows employees of credit institutions and of CRR investment firms, while respecting the confidentiality of their identity, internal breaches of the provisions in section 70 para 4 BWG cited federal laws , against on the basis of these federal laws adopted regulations or rulings against the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No. 575/2013 on supervision requirements for credit institutions and investment firms and for amending the Regulation (EU) No. 648/2012 by the 26.6.2013, OJ Nr notify L 176 S. 1, or a decision adopted on the basis of this regulation to a suitable position.

Labour and labour-constitutional provisions (in particular §§ 96 and 96a labor Constitutional Act - ArbVG, Federal Law Gazette No. 22 / 1974) remain unaffected even when application the default application.
