517. Regulation of the Federal Chancellor on the lump-sum of the rates of immigrant movements in proceedings before the administrative courts on complaints for the exercise of direct administrative and enforcement authority and complaints of illegality (VwG-Aufmigratsatzverordnung-VwG-AufwErsV) a conduct of a public authority in the enforcement of the law
Due to § § 35 (4) (3) and (53) of the Administrative Court Procedure Law-VwGVG, BGBl. I No 33/2013, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 122/2013, shall be arranged:
§ 1. The amount of the proceedings before the administrative courts on complaints for the exercise of direct administrative and enforcement authority pursuant to Art. 130 (1) Z 2 of the Federal Constitutional Law-B-VG, BGBl. No 1/1930, and complaints concerning the illegality of the conduct of a public authority in the enforcement of the law pursuant to Article 130 (2) (1) B-VG as a rate of lump-sum payment shall be as follows:

§ 2. This Regulation shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2014 in force; at the same time, the UVS Immigration Replacement Ordinance 2008, BGBl. II No 456/2008, except for force.
