Regulation of the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, the Environment and Water Management, which amends the seed regulation 2006

Due to § § 4, 5 para. 4, 14 and 39 (4) of the seed law 1997, BGBl. I n ° 72/1997, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 83/2004, shall be arranged:

The Seed Regulation 2006, BGBl. II No 417/2006, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 193/2012, shall be amended as follows:

1. In Section 1 (2) (1) (1), the word order shall be " as last amended by Directive 2009 /74/EC, OJ L 136, 31.4.2009, p No. OJ L 166, 27.6.2009; " through the phrase " as last amended by Directive 2012 /37/EU, OJ L 206, 22.7.2012. No. OJ L 325, 23.11.2012 p. 13; replaced;

2. In Section 1 (2) (2), the word order shall be " as last amended by Directive 2012 /1/EU, OJ L 206, 22.7.2012. No. OJ L 4, 7.1.2012 p. 8; through the phrase " as last amended by Directive 2012 /37/EU, OJ L 206, 22.7.2012. No. OJ L 325, 23.11.2012 p. 13; replaced.

3. In § 1 paragraph 2 Z 5, the phrase " Directive as last amended by Directive 2009 /74/EC, No. OJ L 166, 27.6.2009 p. 40 " through the phrase " Directive as last amended by Directive 2013 /45/EU, OJ L 327, 22. No. OJ L 213, 8.8.2013 p. 20; " replaced.

4. In § 1 para. 2 Z 8 and Z 9 the word order shall be " as last amended by Directive 2012 /8/EU, OJ L 206, 22.7.2012, p No. OJ L 64, 3.3.2012 p. 9; in each case by the word sequence " as last amended by Directive 2012 /44/EU, OJ L 327, 28.4.2012, No. 37; ' and, as from 1 July 2014, as last amended by Directive 2013 /57/EU, OJ L 327, 27.11.2012, p. No. OJ L 312, p. 38, 21.11.2013; " replaced.

5. In § 1 para. 2 Z 15, the stroke of the line shall be replaced by a dash and the word sequence shall be replaced by the following: " as amended by Directive 2013 /45/EU, OJ L 206, 22.7.2013. No. OJ L 213, 8.8.2013 p. 20; .

6. § 7 (3) reads:

" (3) The following may also be used for the tasks referred to in paragraph 1:

1.		The Office of the Carinthian Government,
2.		Office of the Styrian Provincial Government,
3.		Office of the Tyrolean State Government,
4.		Magistrate of the City of Vienna .. "

7. The following sentence shall be added to § 8:

"Excluding organs of the Official Austrian Plant Protection Service in the context of sampling for the examination of the quality of potato planting products."

8. In the Annex, point 2.24. the expression "Lycopersicon esculentum Mill., Lycopersicon esculentum" by the expression "Solanum lycopersicum L." replaced.
