The relevant document pursuant to Art. 10 of the Additional Protocol was deposited with the Secretary-General of the Council of Europe on 13 December 2013; the Additional Protocol shall enter into force on 1 April 2014 in accordance with its Article 10 (4) for Austria.

According to communications from the Secretary-General of the Council of Europe, the following additional states have ratified the Additional Protocol, adopted or approved:

Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan 2 , Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark (without the Faroe Islands and Greenland), the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands 2 (for the Kingdom of Europe) 2 and the Caribbean part of the Netherlands 2 (the islands of Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba)), Norway, Romania, Sweden 2 , Switzerland 2 , Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain 2 , Ukraine, United Kingdom, Cyprus.
