On the basis of § 38 (3) and 4 Child Care Money Act (KBGG), BGBl. I No 103/2001, as last amended by BGBl. I No 197/2013, shall be arranged:
The Lower Austrian Regional Health Insurance Fund will provide the necessary, unique and proven effort for subsequent adaptations on the basis of the BGBl requirements. I n ° 139/2011, amendments to the Child Care Money Act, BGBl. I No 103/2001, idF BGBl. I No 197/2013. This amount will be set at EUR 49.011.12, due in January 2014.
