The following States have submitted notifications pursuant to Article 9 (3):

France:

Jurisdiction under Art. 9 of the Convention is justified by the Act of Ratification of the Convention, No. 2013-327 of 19 April 2013.

Kuwait:

In accordance with Article 9 (3) of the Convention, Kuwait shall establish its jurisdiction in respect of the offences provided for in Article 9 (2) (a), (b), (c) and (d) of the Convention.

In addition, the following authorities have announced authorities in accordance with Art. 7 (4):
