8. Revelation of the Federal Minister of Constitution and Public Service concerning the scope of the International Convention for the Suppression of Acts of Nuclear Terrorism

According to the Communications of the Secretary-General of the United Nations, the following States have ratified their instruments of ratification or ratification. Jurisdiction under Art. 9 of the Convention is justified by the Act of Ratification of the Convention, No. 2013-327 of 19 April 2013.

Kuwait:

In accordance with Article 9 (3) of the Convention, Kuwait shall establish its jurisdiction in respect of the offences provided for in Article 9 (2) (a), (b), (c) and (d) of the Convention.
