14. Revelation of the Federal Minister of Constitution and Public Service concerning the scope of the Convention on the law applicable to the form of final provisions.

According to the announcement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands, Albania has a 25-year-old. October 2013, its instrument of accession to the Convention on the Law Applicable to the Form of Ultimate Injunctions (BGBl. No 295/1963, last proclamation of the BGBl area. III N ° 9/2012), and on the occasion of which the following reservations are stated:

In accordance with Article 10 of the Convention, the Republic of Albania declares that it does not recognise any final oral provisions, except in exceptional circumstances, by an Albanian national who does not have any other nationality.
